Research laboratory
Biomechanics is a border-area branch of science. To solve our tasks the organization of high level of medical- engineer groups is necessary. The problems presented by the doctors and the biomechanical tests are carried out jointly by doctors and engineers, and the results in an ideal case are practical enough to be used well in the work of healing and also will be utilized. It is also clear that this kind of research work requires close-knit groups where after some time doctors acquire engineering-, and engineers acquire medical-biological approach.
The on-going research work of our Laboratory represents six main lines
- Classical biomechanical experiment to clarify basic regularity

- Development of surgical techniques
- Design of operational and therapeutic devices
- Application possibilities of computer modeling and the rapid prototyping technology
- Prospective and reprospective studies
